This is a true WORK FROM HOME position suitable for both experienced sales professionals and newcomers. We provide training for all new agents.

Description

• Assist families in financial protection, especially in critical illness or death scenarios.
• Engage with families interested in our programs, which include Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning.

Duties

• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
• Meet with clients via in-person, phone, or video chat to recommend suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report sales activity to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• No Cold-Calling or Prospecting required.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) role.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
• Own a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
