Compensation Range - Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, we provide training for all our new agents.

Description

• We help protect families financially when they face critical illness or loss of a loved one.
• Our work is vital to the families we serve, and they request information about our programs.
• We specialize in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning for various client needs.

Duties

• Follow up with responders sent into our office by prospective clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via in-person, phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your sales numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
• Own a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
