Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, licensed sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Daytona Beach.

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you’ll meet with qualified guests, present vacation ownership options, build value, overcome objections, and close sales.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License is required.
• Timeshare experience not required; proven sales experience considered a plus.
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Coachable and motivated to learn sales techniques.

ACTIVE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE & PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, licensed sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Daytona Beach.

Previous timeshare experience is not required. If you have proven sales experience and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition into vacation ownership sales.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Earn up to 18% commission
• $15/hour training pay for the first 60 days
