Capital Vacations in Orlando, Florida is seeking experienced Vacation Ownership Sales Closers to join the Voyage Team after the initial presentation to close our 10 Year Voyage Travel Membership.

You will build value, address objections, and guide qualified guests through flexible travel options, delivering a consultative sales experience that results in confident purchases. The role offers a weekly commission payout, monthly bonuses, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License is required.
• Experience as Vacation Ownership Sales Closer or TO (Trial Ownership) or similar closing role preferred.
• Proven success in commission-based sales environments.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer on the Voyage Team youll meet with qualified owners and guests after their initial presentation to introduce Capital Vacations exclusive 10 Year Voyage Travel Membership Youll help guests understand how the Voyage program provides years of flexible travel opportunities while delivering a personalized consultative sales experience that results in confident buying decisions

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Previous experience as a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer TO Trial Ownership Representative Take Over Representative or similar closing role
• Proven success in a commission based sales environment
• Excellent communication presentation and closing skills
• Competitive self motivated and results driven
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
