Job summary

The Fast Track Sales Program at TQL offers an award-winning culture with high earning potential and uncapped commissions. You’ll relocate to Cincinnati for training with top brokers, then relocate again to one of our 65+ offices nationwide after building a book of business.

In this six-month program, you’ll learn sales, logistics and supply chain fundamentals, develop negotiation skills, and start building your client base. Bachelor’s degree is required and veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and find carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
