The Fast Track Sales Program at TQL offers an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission. You’ll relocate to Cincinnati for training, then advance within one of our 65+ offices nationwide.

Our best-in-class training covers sales, logistics and supply chain management, with mentorship to help you build a solid book of business. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and a strong work ethic suited to a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist in solving customer needs and locating carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and calls.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and manage daily operations.
