Job summary

TQL in Cincinnati invites you to join the Fast Track Sales Program, a fast-paced opportunity to launch a sales career in logistics. The program includes extensive training, mentorship, and relocation support to Cincinnati.

Participants earn a $55,000 minimum in the first year, with sign-on bonus, housing allowance, and the potential to reach six figures through uncapped commissions. After training and building a book of business, further relocation opportunities across 60+ offices nationwide

Responsibilities

Receive 6 months of direct sales training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives.
Help identify carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
Build your book of business and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
Establish relationships to close new customers and resolve freight issues promptly.
