Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites high-potential graduates to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with six months of direct training from seasoned brokers, hands-on and virtual coaching, and rapid advancement into leadership roles across TQL’s nationwide offices.

This in-office program offers a base salary, a sign-on bonus, and a housing allowance, with uncapped commission as you build your book of business and achieve sales metrics.

Responsibilities

Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
Build your book and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
