Aspen Contracting is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our exterior restoration business in the St. Louis area. You will meet homeowners, inspect properties, and guide them from initial contact to project completion, building lasting relationships for repeat referrals.

No roofing experience is required; training is provided. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, with top earners achieving substantial annual earnings.

Responsibilities

Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$150,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis Metro area

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to identify their exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
