Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a Sales Representative in Des Moines to identify exterior restoration needs, inspect properties, and guide customers through the restoration process from start to finish.

You’ll meet homeowners, educate on options and insurance, and work with production teams to ensure a great customer experience in a supportive, training-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Full-Time schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs and provide inspections.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Office 110 – Des Moines Market

Hiring throughout the Greater Des Moines area and surrounding Iowa communities.

Important: This position services the Des Moines market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Clive office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Des Moines market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do
