Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking a driven Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess exterior restoration needs, and guide projects from inspection to completion. The role offers weekly pay and an uncapped commission structure in the St.

Louis metro area, with full-time W-2 employment and training provided. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide through the restoration process from start to finish.
• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

Important

This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Job Snapshot
