Aspen Contracting, Inc. is hiring a Project Consultant to build relationships with homeowners, assess storm damage, and guide customers from inspection to completion.

This full-time W-2 role in the St. Louis metro area offers weekly pay, uncapped commission, paid training, and benefits. Travel is local and training is provided from Bridgeton, MO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Job Snapshot

What You'll Do
