Aspen Contracting is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant in the Greater St. Louis area to inspect homes and present restoration solutions. You’ll manage the customer journey from initial contact to project completion, with paid training and support.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, coachable, and professional, with strong communication skills. Local travel within Missouri and Illinois is required, and compensation includes uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Greater St. Louis area, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $60,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis Metro area

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You'll Do
