Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to expand the Kansas market in exterior restoration, roofing, and related services. This field-based role focuses on meeting homeowners, assessing needs, and guiding projects from inspection to completion.

No roofing experience is required; training is provided. The position offers full-time W-2 employment with weekly pay, paid training, and uncapped commissions across Kansas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to cover Kansas market.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Outdoors work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs and provide inspections.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters per training.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.

Office 496 – Kansas Market

Field‑Based Position

Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.

Important: This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and business‑related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with homeowners to identify their exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.


• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.


• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.


• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.


• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.


• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.


• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.


• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
