Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated sales professionals to build relationships with homeowners and drive exterior restoration projects across Kansas. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed in a field-based role.

No roofing experience? No problem—coachable, competitive, and growth-driven candidates will be taught the rest and can earn $50,000 to $200,000+ annually with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Lift equipment as needed.
• Full-Time schedule required.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Representative, meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs.
• Provide professional inspections and guide homeowners through the restoration process from start to finish.
• Build relationships with homeowners in your territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and neighborhood outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.

Territory Office 496 – Kansas Market

Field-Based Position

Hiring throughout the State of Kansas.

Important: This position services customers throughout Kansas. While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs.

Job Snapshot

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas market
