Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to engage homeowners in the Kansas City market, perform property inspections, and offer exterior restoration solutions with full ownership from first appointment to project completion.

No roofing experience is required. Paid training, tools, and support are provided as part of a full-time W-2 role with local travel in the Greater Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Kansas City market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

Hiring throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including communities across western Missouri and eastern Kansas.

Important: This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lee's Summit office.
