Aspen Contracting is hiring an Outside Sales Consultant to serve homeowners within the Kansas City market, driving inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional service from first appointment through project completion.

Training is provided and you will travel locally, with a focus on building relationships and generating new business in a fast-paced, outdoor sales role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Kansas City market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

Hiring throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including communities across western Missouri and eastern Kansas.

Important: This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lee's Summit office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas City market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do
