Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to engage homeowners in exterior restoration projects across the Greater Atlanta market. You’ll assess needs, provide inspections, and guide clients through insurance-based restoration from start to finish.

Training is provided, with a pay structure that includes weekly pay and uncapped commissions. This full-time W-2 role requires local travel and a customer-first mindset to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs.
• Provide professional inspections and guide customers through restoration process.
• Build relationships within assigned territory and generate new business via referrals and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters with company training and tools.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers from start to finish.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Atlanta office.

Job Snapshot

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with homeowners to identify their exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.
