Aspen Contracting in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for roofing and exterior restoration. No roofing experience is required; we provide training and support to help you grow.

You’ll meet homeowners, assess needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the sales process with local travel to Parker for training. This full-time, W-2 role offers weekly pay and an uncapped commission structure, with earnings potential from $70,000 to $200,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Hiring throughout the Castle Rock area, including surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Castle Rock, CO market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Parker, CO office. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Castle Rock market
