Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow our roofing and exterior restoration business in the Atlanta market. You will meet homeowners, perform inspections, explain restoration options, and guide projects from start to finish.

No roofing experience is required; training is provided. This full-time role offers paid training, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions with First-Year earnings potential of $50,000 to $200,000+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs and provide professional inspections.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Atlanta office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Atlanta market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do
