Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated Sales Representatives for the Charlotte market. No roofing experience required. You will meet homeowners, inspect properties, and guide customers through exterior restoration solutions, from initial inspection to project completion.

Excellent earning potential with uncapped commissions and paid training. Full-time W-2 position with weekly pay, benefits, and ongoing support from a growing national company.

Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 / year

Description

Aspen Contracting is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our Sales team in the Charlotte market.

As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes.

No roofing experience required.

Office 104 – Charlotte Market

Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Charlotte market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, hospitality, customer service, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as neededAbility to work a Full-Time schedule
