Aspen Contracting is hiring an Outside Sales Consultant to service the Atlanta market. You will meet homeowners, conduct property inspections, and propose restoration solutions from first contact through project completion.

No roofing experience is required; paid training, tools, and strong support are provided to help you succeed in a high-earning role with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Able to climb ladders and walk on residential roofs.
• Able to lift equipment as needed.
• Full-Time schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners in your territory.
• Generate new business via networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using training and tools.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Atlanta market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion.

Hiring throughout the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Atlanta office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000-$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Atlanta market

Experience: No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments by identifying exterior restoration needs and providing professional solutions.

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
