Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking motivated Sales Representatives for the Charlotte market. You will work directly with homeowners, perform inspections, identify exterior restoration opportunities, and guide customers through the process from inspection to project completion.

No roofing experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided. This is a full-time W-2 role with uncapped commission and weekly pay in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation to cover local travel.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Full-Time schedule required.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $50,000 - $200,000 / year

Aspen Contracting is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our Sales team in the Charlotte market. As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes. No roofing experience required. We'll provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.

All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs.

Job Snapshot

What You’ll Do

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, hospitality, customer service, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.
