Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team in Billings, MT. This full-time W-2 role offers an earning potential of $70,000 to $200,000+ annually with uncapped commissions and paid training. You will meet with homeowners, assess exterior restoration needs, and guide customers through the sales and project process.

No roofing experience is required; training provided. Local travel across Billings and surrounding Montana markets, with daytime, evening, and weekend

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to cover local travel throughout the territory.
• Comfortable with local travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and speaking directly with homeowners.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
