Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to grow our Atlanta market by building homeowner relationships, estimating restoration work, and guiding projects from inspection to completion. You will travel locally to appointments and support customers with insurance claims and restoration options.

The role offers full-time W-2 employment with weekly pay and uncapped commissions, paid training, and the chance to advance within a national exterior restoration contractor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hiring throughout the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities.

Important: This position services the Atlanta market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Atlanta office.

What You’ll Do

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
