Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales team serving the Billings and surrounding Montana market. As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process.

No roofing experience required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the business and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to understand exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities through prospecting, networking, and door-to-door activity.
• Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions.
• Prepare estimates and present project options.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Guide customers through the sales and project process.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Description

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our Outside Sales team serving the Billings and surrounding Montana market.

As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process.

No roofing experience required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the business and succeed.

Office 106 – Billings, MT

This is a field-based position serving the Billings and surrounding Montana market.

While there is no traditional office location for daily reporting, training, team meetings, and other business-related activities may take place at locations designated by management based on business needs.

Local travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: $70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Billings and surrounding Montana market

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, real estate, insurance, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.

• Valid driver's license

• Comfortable with local travel throughout the assigned territory
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and speaking directly with homeowners
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
