Job summary

A local custom home builder in the Harrisburg area is seeking a Salesperson to drive remodel project sales in the market. The ideal candidate will have foundational sales skills and basic knowledge of residential construction, with the ability to explain the remodel process to prospects.

Responsibilities include cultivating leads via phone, email, website, open houses, realtors, and events; scheduling site visits; presenting pricing and contracts; coordinating with designers and draftsmen; and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related market.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM programs; Builder Trend preferred.
• Previous experience with residential construction.

• Design remodel with clients using provided tools and technology.
• Present and review pricing, specifications, and contracts with clients.
• Promote and connect clients with outside designers for interior and exterior selections as needed.
• Work with draftsman for plan updates and present revised plans to clients through the design process.
• Review and help clients make selections.
• Obtain Design Agreements and Contracts, collect checks and provide to admin.
• Attend Pre-Construction meetings for all remodels to share about the client and any specific requests the team should be aware of.
• Review Builder Trend project setup for accuracy.
• Obtain allowance pricing from approved vendors for final customer pricing.

$40,000 - $50,000 a year

Base salary plus commission and bonus structure.
