AR: Construct - Roof - Restore is seeking an energetic Residential Construction Sales Representative to guide homeowners from consultation to contract signing for custom builds, renovations, and remodeling projects in the San Antonio area.

You will generate and qualify leads, conduct on-site consultations, collaborate with project managers to prepare proposals, present and close bids, and maintain relationships for future referrals, with uncapped earning through commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in residential construction, remodeling, or building materials preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic estimating tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
