Responsibilities

• Manage a team of entry-level sales representatives
• Act as a mentor and educate your team about door-to-door sales
• Engage with residential and small businesses across the ME territory
• Explain the financial & environmental benefits of community and rooftop solar
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred (energy sector a plus, but not required)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts
• High school diploma
