Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Location and Schedule

This position is available for candidates in North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. Applicants must reside in these states.

The role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs, and matching coverage options to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for 16-18 weeks, including licensing if needed.
• Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
• No cold calls; all leads are warm and incoming.
• Work schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11am-8pm CST.
• Must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications

• PC proficiency and property & casualty license required after hire.
