Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching them with appropriate coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Requirements
  • Paid remote training, including licensing if needed.
  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
  • Comprehensive benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls, only incoming warm leads.
  • Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST).
  • Home office setup with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload); satellite and mobile internet not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years required.
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communicator with good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in typing and PC use.
  • Property & Casualty License required post-hire.
