$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Role Description

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverage options to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for 16-18 weeks, including licensing if needed.
• Comprehensive benefits from day one.
• All leads are warm; no cold calling.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
• Provided equipment; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (no satellite).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in typing and PC use.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire.
