Position Location: This Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates residing in Texas. Applicants must live within this state.

Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to identify their insurance needs and matching them with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Paid training begins immediately in a remote environment. Licensing in Property & Casualty Insurance is required; training includes licensing if needed.
  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all leads are inbound and warm.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Schedule involves 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11am-8pm CST, for at least 12 months before shift considerations.
  • All necessary equipment is provided; a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload) are required. Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
