Position Location: Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in Texas. Applicants must reside within this state to be considered.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the right coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Paid training begins immediately in a remote environment. Licensing is included if you do not already have a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive benefits start from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST), for at least 12 months before shift change consideration.
  • All equipment provided. Must maintain a professional workspace at home with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; at least 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in typing and PC use.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
