Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The typical starting salary depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the market value and offers opportunities for growth. Some roles may include commission and/or bonuses based on performance.

Location

This position is available for candidates in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, & Kentucky. Applicants must reside in these states.

Role Description

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for 16-18 weeks, including licensing if needed.
• Comprehensive benefits from day one.
• No cold calls; all leads are warm and inbound.
• Work schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a start time around 11 am CST.
• Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (min 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Proficient in typing and PC use.
• Property & Casualty License required after hire.
