Job summary

Cintas is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative in Vista, CA to grow our B2B facility services solutions. You will prospect, present, and close new business in your assigned territory while leveraging our CRM and support from a national sales organization.

The role offers a base salary with commission, a car allowance, comprehensive training, and clear career advancement opportunities within a nationwide sales network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet browsing, and a contact‑management system.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a similar B2B role.
• Prior experience selling to new businesses.
