The purpose of this role is to drive the growth and sustainability of McGill Environmental Systems' compost product sales and feedstock intake in the Charleston, SC market. By identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting McGill's mission of transforming waste and rebuilding soils, the Sales Representative plays a critical part in expanding the company's impact on environmental stewardship and market leadership.
The Sales Representative – Intake and Compost is responsible for executing business development strategies to grow compost product sales and secure feedstock for production in the Charleston, SC area. This role involves prospecting new clients, managing and optimizing existing customer portfolios, and collaborating with the broader McGill Sales Team to achieve sales targets. The position requires a proactive, results-driven approach, technical proficiency, and a commitment to advancing McGill's mission through innovative sales and customer engagement practices.

Work is primarily performed in a typical home or office setting, using standard office equipment and technology.
