Ohio CAT is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive rental equipment sales and new/used Caterpillar construction equipment sales across Marion, Mansfield, Ashland, and surrounding counties. You will develop strategic plans, build long-term customer relationships, and negotiate value-driven transactions that benefit both customers and Ohio CAT.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in rental equipment sales and the sale of new and used Caterpillar construction equipment, as well as related products and services. This position will be responsible for sales in the following areas: Marion, Mansfield, Ashland, and Tiffin, as well as Seneca, Wyandot, Marion, Crawford, Richland, and Ashland counties. This role requires a strategic, customer-focused approach to territory management, sales execution, and relationship building. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, advising customers with confidence and expertise, and negotiating transactions that deliver value to both the customer and the company.
