DCH Kia of Temecula, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Sales Representative to present vehicle options, financing alternatives, and service programs to customers. You will follow up with clients and maintain relationships across channels, while staying current on Kia products and training.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in automotive sales and customer service, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Kia or Hyundai brands is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
• Proficient with computer systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and features.
• Present purchase and financing options and service programs.
• Perform follow-ups and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Track customers using the store's management system.
• Stay up-to-date with Kia products, features and training.
