Lithia Motors’ DCH Honda of Mission Valley is hiring a Sales Representative in San Diego. You will present Honda models, options, and financing, while building relationships with customers and performing follow-ups. Open availability and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Prior Honda or Acura brand experience.
• Ability to communicate in person, over the phone and digitally.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs.
• Complete follow ups and maintain relationships with customers.
• Track customers using store-specific management system.
• Keep up to date with Honda products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.
