Job summary

DCH Mission Valley Honda in San Diego is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome customers, document issues, and guide them through the service process with clear communication.

You will prepare estimates, write repair orders, explain work, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs while delivering exceptional service that builds loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in service advisory, Honda/Acura familiarity, CDK experience, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Honda or Acura brands preferred.
• Experience and familiarity using CDK.

Schedule: Schedule TBD; Open availability to work any day/shift

Business Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 7am - 5pm

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and act as the main contact throughout the service process

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with Honda or Acura brands.
• Experience and familiarity using CDK
• Pervious experience working at an automotive dealership.
• Strong written & vocal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500-$145,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
