Lithia & Driveway is hiring at Mission Valley Honda in San Diego for a Sales Porter role. You will move and prep vehicles, assist the sales team, and help deliver cars to customers.

The position pays $17.75 per hour with open scheduling; candidates need a valid California driver's license, a clean driving record, and customer service experience. A strong desire to grow in the automotive industry is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior experience in an automotive dealership or sales support is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Comfortable working on a small team to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Remove all liners and wash the vehicle to prepare it for delivery.
• Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership and sales lot.
• Assist sales team with vehicle coordination.
• Deliver vehicles to customer locations after purchase.
• Monitor tire pressure and check fluids as needed.
• Handle key organization and inventory on-site; assist the shuttle driver.

What You'll Do

• Remove all liners and wash the vehicle to prepare it for delivery.
• Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership and sales lot.
• Assist sales team with vehicle coordination.
• Deliver vehicles to customer locations after purchase.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles, add air and fuel.
• Handle key organization and manage vehicle inventory on-site Assist the shuttle driver. You'll work in and around the sales lot and report to the sales manager.

Total Rewards

The hourly rate for this position is $17.75. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
