Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a dynamic Sales Representative in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the aggregates sector.
You will identify opportunities, meet ambitious targets, travel within territory, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service; a background in aggregates and 3+ years of sales is preferred.

This position requires daily, visible presence in the Dallas Fort Worth market area.
Background in aggregates or similar (concrete, ready-mix, cement, asphalt, building materials)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates industry or a related field preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.

$85,000-$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
