Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Garden Grove Hyundai is hiring Sales Representatives to help customers find the right vehicle from our new and used inventory. You will demonstrate features, discuss financing options, and build relationships through in-person and digital channels.

Open availability is required, with a performance-based commission plan, and a total annual earnings potential from about $48,200 up to $158,700. We offer extensive training and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Coachability to build a successful sales career.
• Excellent communication to make customer interactions seamless.
• Computer and technology skills; valid driver's license.
