Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to present in-home deals, build trust with homeowners, and close sales using our proven process. You will work with provided leads and preset appointments, avoiding cold calling while earning based on results.

• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
