Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver in-home presentations and build trust with homeowners. You will identify customer needs, present solutions, and close sales while representing a growing home-improvement brand.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, company-provided leads, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for career advancement including management paths. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.


• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.


• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.


• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.


• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
