Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home presentations and close deals. You will identify customer needs, educate homeowners on our products, and build lasting relationships.

The role offers uncapped earnings potential, with aggressive training and career growth opportunities, including management positions and travel. Expect a dynamic, commission-driven environment with preset appointments and minimal cold calling.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred; ability to build customer relationships quickly.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with lead generation and commission-based sales concepts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Uncapped earning potential with a realistic path to make $150K+ per year ($80K+ in your first year); with a product that practically sells itself.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
