Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to capitalize on warm leads and pre-set appointments, with a $5,000 paid training salary plus uncapped commissions. The role emphasizes in-home presentations, trust-building with homeowners, and closing sales for home improvement projects across the region.

Candidates should be driven, coachable, and capable of learning UWD's product line through training.

• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
