Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home presentations and close deals with homeowners. Training salary is provided with uncapped commissions and rapid growth opportunities. You’ll join a fast-growing home improvement leader with strong coaching and a path to leadership.

Expect warm leads, scripted presentations, and ongoing training. Must be willing to travel and work with a high-energy sales team, with opportunity to earn six-figure incomes through

• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
