Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is expanding its top-tier sales team in Ohio. This Outside Sales Representative role offers a $5,000 training salary and uncapped commissions, with pre-set, qualified appointments and hands-on coaching to help you win.

You will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, negotiate and close sales, and travel locally. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; the company provides industry-leading training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utlize UWD's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
